Advisor
Jon Foulger
Jon Foulger has been actively involved in real estate investments for over 25 years. For much of that time, Mr. Foulger led acquisitions in commercial real estate including medical, office, and industrial assets. Mr. Foulger is well versed in each aspect of commercial real estate transactions from investment underwriting to the diligence and closing process. He has also been involved in several real estate developments including a hospital campus.
Mr. Foulger has held senior level positions with firms that managed institutional capital including Cottonwood Partners and MedProperties Realty Advisors.
For several years, Mr. Foulger had his own firm that provided advisory services to both private and institutional investors. Mr. Foulger holds a BS in Business Administration from Brigham Young University.

Trevor Anderson
Trevor Anderson joined the General Partner in 2022 as a non-member manager. Mr. Anderson has been active in the EB-5 market for over six years creating and managing EB-5 funds. Through strategic partnerships, Mr. Anderson has principally raised and currently manages over $250 million in EB-5 investments from more than 450 EB-5 investors around the world. He is a frequent participant and speaker at EB-5 events around the world.
Previously, Mr. Anderson spent eight years with HomeFed Corporation managing finances and multi-family construction projects. He is also a licensed California real estate agent with a career largely focused on the real estate markets Mr. Anderson received his bachelor’s degree in economics and business from Brigham Young University.
